GoldenKall provides a voice agent platform that uses natural language processing to handle restaurant phone calls, process orders, and manage reservations.
By using GoldenKall, you explicitly authorize us to read and write data to your connected third-party platforms, including but not limited to Google Calendar, Square POS, Toast POS, and other kitchen display systems. You represent that you have the authority to grant this access.
You agree not to use GoldenKall for:
Service fees are billed monthly based on your chosen plan. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion or pilot agreement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoldenKall shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Specifically, GoldenKall is not liable for:
GoldenKall maintains standard business insurance; however, customers are advised to maintain their own business interruption and professional liability insurance. GoldenKall does not provide insurance coverage for your restaurant's operations.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to GoldenKall for any violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Knoxville, Tennessee.
