1. Introduction

GoldenKall LLC ("GoldenKall," "we," "us") builds autonomous voice agents for vertical industries. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when businesses and their customers use GoldenKall products, including Voco (restaurant voice AI) and JobQual (recruiting voice AI).

2. Information We Collect

  • Business account information: company name, address, contact information, integration credentials, configuration settings, and billing information.
  • Call and interaction data: recorded calls, transcripts, caller phone numbers, timestamps, call metadata, and any information provided during a call.
  • End-customer data: names, phone numbers, preferences, order details, candidate profiles, and other information provided by callers during agent interactions.
  • Third-party integration data: data from connected services such as Square, Clover, ATS platforms, CRM systems, and calendar providers.
  • Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages visited, feature usage, and cookies for site functionality and analytics.

3. How We Use Information

  • Operate and deliver our voice agent services, including handling calls, processing transactions, and syncing to integrated platforms.
  • Provide customer support, billing, and account management.
  • Improve service quality, speech recognition, and agent performance through aggregated analytics.
  • Send operational alerts, confirmations, and administrative messages.
  • Comply with legal obligations, including TCPA requirements for outbound calling services.

4. Call Recording and Consent

All calls handled by GoldenKall agents may be recorded and transcribed for quality assurance, task accuracy, and system improvement. We provide notice at the beginning of each call and comply with applicable recording and telecommunications laws.

5. SMS and A2P Messaging

When you provide a phone number and opt in, we may send service-related SMS notifications.

  • Message frequency depends on your usage and preferences.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages.
  • Reply HELP for assistance or contact us at info@goldenkall.com.

Consent to receive SMS is not required to use the core service.

6. Third-Party Integrations

GoldenKall products may access and store information from third-party services you connect, including POS systems, ATS platforms, calendar providers, and communication carriers. We use this data only to provide the requested integrations and maintain the service.

7. Google API and Limited Use

For products that connect to Google services, we access only the data necessary to operate the connected feature. We comply with Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google data for any purpose outside the service or share it with unauthorized third parties.

8. Information Sharing

  • With service providers that assist with hosting, analytics, payments, communication, and customer support.
  • When required by law, regulation, or court order.
  • To protect rights, safety, or property, including preventing fraud or security threats.
  • With your consent or at your direction.

We do not sell your personal data to advertisers or third parties.

9. Data Retention

We retain information only as long as necessary to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Deletion requests can be submitted to privacy@goldenkall.com.

10. Security

We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including encryption in transit and at rest, and access controls. No system is completely secure, but we work to minimize risk.

11. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account information by contacting us at privacy@goldenkall.com.

12. Children

GoldenKall does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If we learn that a child under 16 has provided us with personal data without parental consent, we will take steps to delete that information.
